For every ingredient we produce, we maintain detailed records including biomass type, country of origin, supplier ESG commitments, labor standards, human rights adherence, and extraction processes. This information supports compliance with recognized standards such as COSMOS and ISO 16128, while providing our customers and partners with full clarity on our ingredients’ origins.

Protecting Biodiversity
Protecting biodiversity is central to our sourcing philosophy. All lignins used in our ingredients originate from non-endangered plant species grown without compromising natural habitats. When approving new lignin suppliers, we rigorously evaluate their biomass sources to ensure compliance with sustainable agricultural practices, certified forestry, and international sustainability frameworks.
We collaborate exclusively with second-generation biorefineries that rely on forestry and agricultural residues as feedstocks. This approach ensures a stable supply of high-quality lignin while contributing to a circular, resource-efficient bioeconomy.
In addition, we partner only with suppliers operating in countries that support and promote the Nagoya Protocol, reinforcing global efforts to protect biodiversity and respect traditional knowledge.
